KGNU Community Radio and Colorado Friends of Cajun-Zydeco Music and Dance (CFCZ) are proud to present our Virtual Mardi Gras & Live Broadcast Party on Saturday, February 13, 2021.

The event features over three hours of music with live DJs, plus a live costume contest and dance music lesson.

In celebration of Black History Month, KGNU presents the award-winning Destination Freedom: Black Radio Days Podcast. Explore important moments in Black history through the art of audio storytelling, every Thursday in February at 3:00 p.m. on KGNU's Metro.
KGNU's February Board of Directors meeting will be hosted online

Due to the current restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, KGNU will host its regularly scheduled monthly Board of Directors meeting online via Zoom videoconferencing, starting at 6 PM Mountain time on February 8, 2021.

The public is always welcome and encouraged to attend.

KGNU Seeks A News Director

KGNU is hiring a News Director. Help shape the future of local news. The KGNU News Director is a dynamic, energetic, creative, team-oriented, and talented individual responsible for leading KGNU's award-winning News Department. The News Director is responsible for overseeing the editorial agenda, overall direction, and day-to-day operations of the KGNU News Department. The News Director must excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, collaborative environment.

The position will remain open until filled.
